Rooster Egg Mural

Along the small town throughway of largely neglected storefronts and buildings, the second and third roosters stand sentry over several panels of aluminum siding shine white, in contrast to the crumbling brick and mortar around them.  A side-door bears a cute mural of three hens eagerly looking over a hatching egg is relatively well maintained, even though it does not appear to lead anywhere or be a functional door any longer.  The shape of the egg is notably, familiarly perfect, its black cracks tracing along the egg as if leading to the revealing piece of shell, chipped away giving the impression that one could look inside.
